The Dorm That Dripped Blood [Blu-ray + DVD]

The Dorm That Dripped Blood Blu-ray + DVD presents the lost alternate director’s cut of the early ’80s campus slasher, restored from the only existing 35mm answer print of the version titled Death Dorm. Set inside a condemned college dormitory over Christmas break, the film delivers a grim holiday horror setup filled with empty hallways, isolated students and a killer stalking the shadows.

As the building is prepared for closure, student Joanne Murray and her friends volunteer to help shut it down. What begins as a routine cleanup becomes a fight for survival when the group realizes someone dangerous is hiding inside the dorm and targeting them one by one.

Also known as Death Dorm and Pranks, The Dorm That Dripped Blood stars Daphne Zuniga, Laurie Lapinski and Stephen Sachs. This Synapse Films Blu-ray + DVD edition features the uncensored director’s cut with extra footage, extended effects sequences, a different sound mix, commentary, interviews, isolated score, trailers and reversible artwork.
