The Elephant Man (UK Import) [4K Ultra HD + Region B Blu-ray]

The Elephant Man 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray presents David Lynch’s deeply moving and visually striking drama, restored in 4K with supervision over both picture and sound.

Based on a true story, the film follows John Merrick (John Hurt), a man subjected to exploitation and cruelty due to his physical condition. Rescued from a life in sideshows by a compassionate surgeon (Anthony Hopkins), Merrick is given the chance to live with dignity, though acceptance proves far more complex in a society bound by rigid expectations. As he attempts to find peace and understanding, the film explores empathy, humanity and the meaning of identity.

Shot in haunting black and white by Freddie Francis, the film remains one of Lynch’s most accessible yet emotionally powerful works, anchored by unforgettable performances and a quiet, enduring sense of compassion.
