The Fabulous Baker Boys Blu-ray presents a smoky, intimate drama about two pianist brothers whose stagnant lounge act is transformed when a magnetic singer, Susie Diamond, joins the group. As the trio’s popularity rises, simmering tensions, unspoken resentments and a slow-burn romance threaten to crack the fragile balance holding their act together. With electric performances from Jeff Bridges, Beau Bridges and Michelle Pfeiffer, the film blends music, melancholy and desire into a slow-burn character piece that still resonates decades later.
