The Forbidden Door [Blu-ray]

The Forbidden Door Blu-ray marks the North American Blu-ray premiere of Joko Anwar’s most unsettling early masterpiece, cementing his reputation as one of modern horror’s most fearless voices. In The Forbidden Door, a successful young sculptor spirals into paranoia as he becomes convinced his wife, friends and family are conspiring against him. As his sanity erodes, his art turns grotesque, his obsessions darken through violent hidden-camera footage, and his descent leads inexorably toward an unthinkable final act. Starring Fachry Albar, Marsha Timothy and Ario Bayu, The Forbidden Door Blu-ray delivers an almost unbearably tense psychological nightmare that blends body horror, voyeurism and existential dread, finally available in North America with exclusive special features.
