Former Marine Jake Carter (Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin) has returned to civilian life in the United States and now works as an EMT. An emergency call takes him to an abandoned parking lot, where an injured man needs his help. The patient is also the target of a biker gang determined to take revenge, turning a rescue call into a fight for survival.
Trapped with the man he has promised to save, Carter must rely on his military training while facing attackers who have no intention of letting their quarry escape. His responsibility as a medic and his instincts as a Marine are put to the same test.
