The Mike Diana Film Collection Limited Edition [Blu-ray]

The Mike Diana Film Collection LE Blu-ray gathers the complete surviving film work of one of underground comics' most notorious and uncompromising creators. Long before his legal battles over self-published comics made him a cult figure in censorship debates, Mike Diana was creating homemade horror and exploitation films with friends, family members and neighbourhood kids, producing a body of work as provocative, chaotic and fiercely independent as his artwork.

Shot on 8mm film and early video formats between 1987 and 1990, these productions embody the anything-goes spirit of grassroots filmmaking. Blood Brothers offers Diana's no-budget take on the slasher boom, while Baked Baby Jesus pushes even further into confrontational satire, black comedy and social commentary. Together they reveal a filmmaker determined to create entirely on his own terms, regardless of convention, budget or good taste.

Painstakingly restored and reconstructed from original materials, this collection preserves a unique chapter of outsider cinema history. Equal parts underground horror, DIY filmmaking and cultural artifact, The Mike Diana Film Collection showcases a singular creative voice whose work remains as transgressive and uncompromising today as it was decades ago.
