The Ninth Gate (1999) Limited Edition Hardbox Australian Import 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray brings Roman Polanski’s 1999 neo-noir occult thriller to 4K UHD in a deluxe collectible edition. Loosely based on Arturo Pérez-Reverte’s novel The Club Dumas, the film stars Johnny Depp as a rare book dealer drawn into a dangerous mystery involving a centuries-old text said to contain illustrations connected to the Devil himself.

Dean Corso specializes in rare books on Satanism and the occult, making him the perfect hire for a wealthy collector seeking to authenticate a mysterious 17th-century volume. His investigation takes him across Europe, where rival collectors, cryptic engravings and a series of strange deaths begin to suggest that the book’s dark reputation may be more than legend.

Starring Johnny Depp, Lena Olin, Frank Langella, Emmanuelle Seigner and James Russo, The Ninth Gate blends literary mystery, supernatural dread and shadowy European atmosphere. This limited edition Australian import hardbox includes 4K UHD and Blu-ray presentations, multiple commentaries, new and archival interviews, video essays, galleries, trailers and an exclusive 60-page hardback booklet.
