The Nude Vampire SE Blu-ray presents Jean Rollin’s 1970 fantastique film in a UK import Standard Edition from Indicator. Rollin’s second feature and his first in colour, the film blends vampire mythology, mystery-serial influence and dreamlike cult atmosphere into one of the director’s most eccentric early works.

When Pierre, the son of a wealthy industrialist, sees a mysterious woman being pursued and captured by men in strange masks, he begins investigating what he has witnessed. His search leads him toward a secretive group and a strange hidden world where science, ritual and the supernatural begin to overlap.

Starring Caroline Cartier, Olivier Martin, Bernard Musson, Paul Bisciglia, Cathy Castel and Marie-Pierre Castel, The Nude Vampire is a key early entry in Rollin’s body of work. This UK import SE Blu-ray includes a brand-new 4K restoration, two presentations of the film, commentary, documentaries, archival interview extracts, trailers, image galleries and improved subtitles.
