The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: 40th Anniversary [Blu-ray]

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: 40th Anniversary Blu-ray presents Tobe Hooper’s landmark horror film in a restored anniversary edition that preserves the raw power and unsettling intensity that made it a genre-defining classic.

Following a group of young travellers who stumble into unimaginable terror in rural Texas, the film unfolds with a relentless sense of dread, stripping horror down to something harsh, chaotic and disturbingly real. Its documentary-like grit, abrasive atmosphere and shocking immediacy helped redefine what horror cinema could be, leaving an influence that continues to shape the genre.

This 40th Anniversary edition features an all-new 4K scan authorized by Tobe Hooper and a dynamic 7.1 surround sound mix, offering a renewed presentation of one of the most important and controversial horror films ever made.
