The Toxic Avenger Limited Edition (Video Store Day Exclusive) [VHS]

The Toxic Avenger Limited Edition Video Store Day Exclusive VHS brings Troma’s cult superhero-horror comedy back to tape for a limited-time collector release. Faster than a spreading germ, more powerful than Mr. Clean and born from New Jersey’s finest toxic waste, The Toxic Avenger remains one of Troma’s most iconic creations.

Melvin is a bullied janitor whose life changes forever after he falls into a vat of chemical waste. Transformed into a mutated crime-fighting warrior, he becomes the Toxic Avenger, a mop-wielding defender of Tromaville ready to take on corruption, criminals and anyone foolish enough to stand in his way.

Wild, gross, absurd and proudly ridiculous, The Toxic Avenger helped define Troma’s outrageous blend of splatter comedy, low-budget action and underground cult cinema. This Video Store Day Exclusive Limited Edition VHS release brings the 1984 cult favourite back to the format where it became a video store legend.
