The Trigger Effect (1996) Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

The Trigger Effect (1996) Limited Edition Blu-ray presents David Koepp’s 1996 paranoid thriller in an Australian import region free release. Marking the directorial debut of the acclaimed screenwriter behind Jurassic Park, Mission: Impossible and Panic Room, the film stars Kyle MacLachlan and Elisabeth Shue as new parents whose ordinary suburban life is upended by a sudden blackout.

At first, the power outage seems like a temporary inconvenience, but as the disruption continues, the systems people rely on begin to fail. With fear spreading and social order breaking down, Annie and Matthew find themselves forced to confront how quickly comfort, trust and civility can disappear.

Tense, unsettling and grounded in everyday anxiety, The Trigger Effect explores how thin the line can be between normal life and chaos. This Limited Edition Blu-ray includes a 1080p presentation, vintage interviews, theatrical trailer, English DTS-HD MA 5.1 and LPCM 2.0 audio, English HOH subtitles and limited edition packaging.
