Tobe Hooper's Night Terrors Alternate Case Blu-ray presents the director’s 1993 psychological horror film, newly scanned and restored in 4K from a 35mm archival positive for its disc debut.

Genie travels to Alexandria, Egypt, to stay with her father, archaeologist Dr. Matteson. After a dangerous encounter in a local market, she meets the mysterious Sabina, who draws her into an unfamiliar side of the city’s nightlife.

Through Sabina, Genie is introduced to Paul Chevalier, a descendant of the Marquis de Sade, and gradually becomes entangled in a world of manipulation, obsession and increasingly disturbing secrets. Directed by Tobe Hooper, Night Terrors reunites him with Eaten Alive stars Robert Englund and William Finley, with Englund appearing in a dual role as Chevalier and the Marquis de Sade.
