Toxic Crusaders: The Series [Blu-ray]

Toxic Crusaders: The Series Blu-ray brings Troma’s outrageous cult universe to Saturday morning animation, presenting the complete cartoon series inspired by The Toxic Avenger. Reimagined for kids while retaining Troma’s offbeat spirit, the show follows Toxie, a mop-wielding mutant hero with superhuman strength and a heart of radioactive gold.

Joined by fellow eco-minded crusaders Yvonne, No-Zone, Head-Banger, and Junkyard, Toxie battles pollution, corruption, and the schemes of the evil Dr. Kilemoff and his army of grotesque henchmen. Packed with bright animation, moral lessons, and unmistakable Troma weirdness, the series stands as a unique pop-culture artifact of early ’90s animation and toy-line crossovers.

This complete series collection presents every episode together with a generous lineup of bonus features, celebrating the show’s legacy as Troma’s first and only mainstream Saturday morning cartoon adaptation.
