Trigger Man [Blu-ray]

Trigger Man Blu-ray presents Ti West’s stripped-down survival thriller as a masterclass in minimalist tension and guerrilla filmmaking. Inspired by true events, the film follows three lifelong friends who escape Manhattan for a quiet day of deer hunting in rural Delaware, hoping for beers, nostalgia, and relief from creeping adulthood. A single gunshot shatters that calm, sending the trip spiraling into paranoia, guilt, and a desperate fight for survival. Using handheld camerawork and restrained pacing, West subverts genre expectations, transforming a casual outing into what Variety called a “smartly compact and radical survival thriller,” building relentlessly toward a harrowing payoff.

Produced by Glass Eye Pix, the long-running independent NYC-based outfit led by art-horror auteur Larry Fessenden, Trigger Man embodies the company’s decades-long mission to champion bold, personal voices outside corporate filmmaking. This release includes a special limited edition slipcover designed by Wes Benscoter, strictly limited to 1,000 units and available only through our website and select indie retailers. No major retailers will be stocking this edition.
