Waterworld Standard Edition [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Waterworld Standard Edition 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray brings Kevin Reynolds’ epic post-apocalyptic spectacle to UHD in a global-first restoration of the theatrical cut, alongside the extended Ulysses cut on Blu-ray. Once the most expensive film ever produced, this ambitious 1995 blockbuster has evolved into a defining cult favourite of 90s action cinema.

In a future where the polar ice caps have melted and Earth is submerged beneath endless ocean, The Mariner (Kevin Costner) drifts between floating atolls and rusted sea-faring settlements, trading goods and keeping to himself. When he crosses paths with Helen (Jeanne Tripplehorn) and young Enola (Tina Majorino) — who carries a map to the mythical Dryland tattooed on her back — he becomes the target of the Smokers, a ruthless gang led by the maniacal Deacon (Dennis Hopper). What follows is a sweeping aquatic adventure packed with explosive set pieces, towering practical sets and large-scale stunt work rarely attempted before or since.

Presented in Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos audio and loaded with extensive archival and newly produced supplements, this Arrow edition restores Waterworld to its full blockbuster glory.
