Weapons of Death [Blu-ray]

Weapons of Death Blu-ray presents Mario Caiano’s 1977 Italo-crime thriller in a brand new HD master from a 4K scan of the 35mm original camera negative. Also known as Napoli Spara!, the film stars Leonard Mann as a determined police inspector facing off against Henry Silva as a ruthless crime boss in the violent underworld of Naples.

Inspector Belli and his task force are locked in a dangerous battle against kingpin Salvatore Santoro, whose criminal network spreads fear through robberies, car chases and corruption. As the pressure builds, Belli is forced deeper into a world where law, revenge and survival collide.

Directed by Mario Caiano as a spin-off from Violent Naples, Weapons of Death blends tough police action, melodrama and social critique into a gritty 1970s Italian crime film. This Blu-ray includes a new commentary, archival interviews, video essay, theatrical trailer and Italian/English audio options.
