After Avery Lauter is found dead beside an altar in his attic, stories spread that his spirit still inhabits the house. His nephew and sole heir, Devon, brings in a team of paranormal investigators to confront the haunting and rid the property of its former owner.

What begins as an attempt to understand and contain the supernatural presence becomes a struggle to survive it. Kevin S. Tenney directs this haunted-house horror film, with James W. Quinn, Kathleen Bailey, Judy Tatum and Linnea Quigley among the cast.
